Our team members are a vital part of the Amazon customer experience. We are searching for an evening Dispatch Supervisor to who place the Delivery Associates first by providing guidance and support. Our team understands first impressions and reflect this in our professional appearances and communication to our staff. Job Description:

Prior experience as an Amazon Delivery Associate required. Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery matters. Coordinate closely with Delivery Associates and management team. Maintain high level of professionalism and leadership in order to mentor other drivers. Responsibilities include monitoring delivery routes, collaborating with Amazon leadership staff and communicating with the delivery drivers, while anticipating, assigning, and executing support as needed.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee or lead employees working as a Delivery Associate.

• Research and prepare resources to develop timely as well as efficient workflow.

• Manage development, research as well as reconcile departmental reports.

• Manage complete daily issue resolutions for Delivery Associates in all delivery areas assigned.

• Maintain steady visibility to as well as track of every Delivery Associate daily.

• Identify issues and root cause for delivery obstacles to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Convey departmental tasks for guidance of management.

• Maintain contact with all internal departments (i.e. - Fleet Team, Training Team) inclusive of issue resolution.

• Conduct project management and coordinate duties as required.
• Execute personnel activities as per company’s policies as well as applicable laws.

• Ensure all staff members attain company as well as location standards.

• Monitor employees as well as operational processes.

• Perform duties and tasks assigned by Operations


Qualifications:

Candidates must be willing to commit to a consistent schedule. Working weekends may be required. Standard 9.5 -hour workday, please note we operate in rain, sleet, and snow, until the job is complete.

• Previous experience as an Amazon Delivery Associate or Amazon Dispatcher

• Safe driver who must follow all traffic laws and safety precautions, while operating a company cargo van
• Maintain positive attitude

• Adaptable, dependable, fast learner

• Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to roughly 50 lbs. (hand trucks are provided)

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Good communication skills

• Experience: delivery experience required

Shifts:

8-10 hour weekend shift, hours may vary
