Contacting Customers
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that some packages are undeliverable due to various circumstances. In these cases, Delivery Associates are required to contact the customer using the Flex App via phone call or text message as standard operating procedures. This option is available after the DA marks they package as undeliverable. For assistance on how to contact the customer using the flex app, see one of our Dispatch Supervisors or contact a dispatcher during your route for guidance.
